⚠️ Important Note: Christmas Orders
To ensure your package arrives before Christmas, please place your order before December 1. Our usual delivery time is 8 business days, but please note that delays may occur during the holiday season.
We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after December 1.

All our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses in collaboration with our partner suppliers.
Please allow for possible delays related to public holidays or labor disputes (strikes). Most of our shipments are small and fit directly into your mailbox, so you generally do not need to be present to receive them.

Good news: we cover all customs fees. You will not have to pay any additional or unexpected fees when you receive your package.
❌ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in accordance with our [Return Policy].
